Project Summary:
The Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC) assisted the Town of Enfield Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District Committee in developing a build-out analysis of the Enfield TIF District to answer the following questions:
· What is the residential development potential of the Enfield TIF District under existing development patterns?
· What is the residential development potential of the Enfield TIF District as allowed under existing zoning?
· What is the non-residential development potential of the Enfield TIF District under existing development patterns?
· What is the non-residential development potential of the Enfield TIF District as allowed under existing zoning?
To answer these questions, UVLSRPC completed build-out analyses for the Enfield TIF District under two scenarios: 1) A scenario developed by the TIF District Committee that accounts for existing development trends; and 2) A scenario based on existing zoning in the TIF District.
