Project Summary:
The Commission reviewed the current New London Telecommunications Ordinance and prepare recommended revisions to update the ordinance. The Commission prepared a telecommunications application to accompany the revised ordinance. The purpose of revisions is to incorporate new requirements from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) regarding local permitting of cell towers or wireless telecommunications facilities.
