Project Summary:

With the direction of the Newbury Planning Board and Capital Improvements Program Committee, the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC) conducts an annual update to the Town Capital Improvements Program.

The Capital Improvements Program Committee is appointed by the Planning Board and meets several times between July - October of each year to prepare the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years.
