Project Summary:
The UVLSRPC Annual Planning and Zoning Conference provides training for citizen volunteers on local planning and zoning boards and for municipal planners and leaders by experts in their fields. The conference agenda includes several core elements including organizing and governnance of local boards and a legislative and legal update. Special topics cover a broad range of matters that come befor local boards.

The session will review the basic, but essential governance and operations of the Planning and Zoning Boards.

The session will focus on concepts and terminology related to wetlands that town officials need to know.
