Project Summary:
Energy Technical Assistance and Planning for New Hampshire Communities (ETAP) is a two year program providing energy efficiency technical assistance free of charge to NH municipalities and counties. ETAP's goal is to advance energy efficiency in all NH municipalities and provide the tools communities need to monitor energy performance. ETAP offers services for every community, regardless of where you are in the energy planning process.
Additional Information
This project is dedicated to assisting New Hampshire municipalities in promoting energy conservation and developing energy efficiency practices and policies at the municipal level. ETAP provides a broad range of services with an eye toward responding to local, community interests and issues. The Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC) coordinates and collaborates with the Project Administrators and NH OEP to ensure appropriate services are provided to interested communities.
