UVSRPC was contracted to perform an assessment of paved, locally-managed roads in Newport and work with town staff to develop a 10-year paved road surface management strategy. The resulting capital budget incorporates several large road rehabilitation projects as well as preventative maintenance within a fiscally-constrained budget.
