Considering the broad range of new legislation every year, it is difficult for towns to keep track of it all. Under the USDA grant for solid waste in Sullivan County, the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission(UVLSRPC) provided information on all enacted bills related to solid waste management, recycling, composting, household hazardous waste, or collection of unwanted medicines to the Sullivan County Solid Waste Leadership Forum.
