Project Summary:
The primary purpose of the Lebanon Multimodal and Complete Streets Implementation Plan (herein referred to as the “Plan”) is to apply existing information and recommendations found in City, regional and State plans, as well as public input, to a baseline conditions and improvement needs assessment for pedestrian and bicyclist facilities, standardize criteria for and verify improvement priorities, and better prepare the City for the funding and implementation of priority projects. The Plan will be an internal tool for budget planning (e.g., CIP), Public Works’ operations and maintenance planning, grant applications, and development review, as well as public guide to Lebanon’s facilities.
