Project Summary:
A new home, or place to live, is any housing unit addition that was not previously available on that parcel and is considered a built structure by municipal assessors or listers.
The staff at the UVLSRPC will coordinate with municipalities to count new homes completed in their communities, which will then be analyzed for trends, affordability and within the context of the region’s housing shortage.
