Project Summary:

The Newport Hazard Mitigation Plan Update - 2016 was developed by a town committee by revising the 2010 plan.  The purpose of these plans is to inventory existing and potential hazards which could affect the town as well as existing and proposed efforts to mitigate these hazards.
