Sullivan County Transfer Station Attendant Lunch Meetings

Project Summary:
Transfer station attendants and managers are often isolated from their peers by town lines. The Commission developed a lunch meeting series to bring transfer station workers together to discuss common issues such as equipment, transportation, markets, municipal issues, and working with the public.
The Commission coordinates transfer station attendant lunch meetings every other month. These meetings change locations and provide an hour-long lunch/discussion followed by a tour of the host town's transfer station.
